Keeping with an Attitude of Gratitude

Like any new habit, we need to find ways to be consistent when strengthening our new ideas and skills.  Last week I wrote a blog about my own journey towards finding a practice of gratitude.  This practice has helped open up space in my life to experience love more fully in all of my relationships.
